We are an award-winning marketing agency servicing brands like Google, Facebook, Amazon, Netflix, and many others, providing full-scale event production services in Los Angeles, San Francisco, New York, Austin, and other major cities internationally.

We are seeking a Recruiter to lead the growing efforts of the agency, attracting A-list talents to elevate our organization to the next level. As our in-house Recruiter, you will spearhead talent marketing, sourcing, candidate engagement and hiring nationwide.


The Recruiter will oversee the hiring needs and fill job openings. Reporting to the Director of Operations and HR Manager, the responsibilities of the Recruiter include building our brand in the market, identifying future hiring needs, designing job descriptions, sourcing candidates through databases and social media, conducting interviews, maintaining paperwork, and keeping abreast of employment law and legislation.

The Recruiter will be responsible for leading all elements of recruitment by fulfilling the core functions listed below:

Talent Acquisition:

Work collaboratively with hiring managers/department heads to align sourcing needs and anticipate future hiring needs by understanding their project/departmental needs
Assist hiring managers with developing employee value proposal presentations to provide a visual example explaining the benefits of new hire
Acquire talent ranging from interns, part-time, full-time and freelancers for all the departments within the Agency


Strategize creative ways to identify and optimize a broad range of marketing channels (including relevant digital/social media platforms, campus/career fairs, applicable organizations and/or associations, etc.)
Maintain an active and robust pipeline of qualified candidates to meet staffing needs
Measure and monitor the effectiveness of your sourcing channels
Source a viable Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or develop an efficient candidate tracking system external of a 3rd party program

Full Life Cycle Recruitment:

Screen candidates and perform full recruitment life cycle from pipeline building to extending offers
Creating a positive candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding


Draft employment offers based upon negotiated employment and ensures accuracy and timely execution
Perform reference and background checks
Coordinate and assist with onboarding and new hire process with HR Manager
Stay updated on the latest recruiting trends and best practices
Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations


Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration is REQUIRED
5+ years of recruiting experience is REQUIRED
Excellent interpersonal oral and written communication skills required
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
Experience working with full-time and freelance staff preferred
Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships
Ability to clearly communicate the candidate pool and manage expectations
Working knowledge of creating applicant tracking grids
Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders
Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
Deep understanding of employment laws and regulations
Familiarity with a wide variety of sourcing avenues
Must work well with others and be able to work in a collaborative manner
Ability to handle numerous projects simultaneously with excellent organizational skills, while self- managing priorities and commitments is essential
Ability to proactively anticipate obstacles and create solutions
Must possess a strong work ethic, thrive in a fast-paced dynamic work environment, and do it all with a positive and proactive mindset
Daily use of Microsoft Office, Excel, and Google Suite
Specific experience in events or marketing fields is a plus
